Brandish Hosts 4-Day Workweek Online Event
Ever wonder if your company can switch to a 4-day workweek?
A 4-day workweek doesn’t have to be a pipe dream. At Brandish, we made the shift a year ago and learned that giving back 52 days to our employees has improved not only our work-life balance, but we’ve also experienced no drop in productivity. In fact, we’ve had to become more productive with our shortened hours. Gone are the days of “this could have been an email” meeting — now, every minute counts.
To help other organizations make the switch, on September 13th, 2022, Brandish hosted a free online event where our Co-Founder & Managing Partner Lee Waltham and Communications Director Cleo Curtis presented on the topics of hours, salaries, clients and other important details that can help an organization make the switch to a 4DWW easier. The presentation was followed by a short Q&A session, with almost 50 attendees participating.
